Due to new business wins and general fabulousness from the Brown Dogs, we’re hiring!

We’re looking to bring in new talent…we are an approachable bunch, honest and up for a giggle. However, we also work really hard to deliver good results for our clients…we’re looking for three like minded individuals to join us.

We are looking to hire;
– a PR Executive
– a Senior Account Executive
– Office Manager / PA

If you think you tick all of the below boxes then we’d love to hear from you;

PR Executive
– Minimum of 12 months PR experience
– Ability to build and maintain client relationships
– A sound knowledge of Social Media
– Attend client meetings and take project briefs
– Preparing agendas and meeting reports
– Weekly status reports and content planners
– Ability to write content for PR and Social
– Assist the PR director on a day to day basis
– Organisational skills

Senior Account Executive
– Minimum of 18 months agency experience
– Ability to build and maintain client relationships
– Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
– Attend client meetings, take project briefs and brief colleagues
– Preparing agendas and meeting reports
– Costing and accurate project scheduling for a range of clients
– Weekly status reports and time management
– Assist the client team and design team on a day to day basis
– Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

Office Manager / PA
– Must have experience using Sage
– Assisting directors on a daily basis
– Maintaining bills, accounts and general day to day enquiries through the business
– Regular invoicing
– Keeping track of holidays
– Keeping the studio clean and tidy
– Ordering stationary and equipment
– Arranging, travel, meetings and appointments
